Oral and maxillofacial surgery requires additional years of hospital-based surgical and anesthesia training after graduation from dental school. Drs. Tran and Graves manage a wide variety of problems relating to the mouth, teeth, and facial regions.
We practice a full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery with expertise ranging from dental implant surgery and wisdom tooth removal to corrective jaw surgery. This includes techniques designed to rebuild bone structure with minimal surgical intervention and optimal patient comfort. Our doctors can also diagnose and treat facial pain, facial injuries, and fractures.
Dedicated Staff
Rest assured, our dedicated staff, comprising certified oral and maxillofacial surgical assistants, is well-versed in IV sedation administration and surgical assistance.
Our administrative personnel are informed, CPR certified, and knowledgeable about health and insurance policies to ensure a seamless patient experience.
Your First Visit
Your initial appointment will consist of a consultation explaining your diagnosis and treatment options. Usually, surgery is performed on a second visit to provide medical history evaluation.

- X-rays (if applicable)
- List of medications
- Insurance cards

We accept CareCredit and offer Compassionate Finance plans. Please apply for these prior to your procedure.
Important Financial Policies
Payment Due: Payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. If you have questions regarding your account, please contact us at (325) 437-3100.
Insurance Processing: As a courtesy, we will bill your insurance company and track claims. Most companies respond within 4-6 weeks. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility.
Monthly Statements: We will send you a monthly statement. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect payments made by your insurance company.
Responsibility: Please remember that you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.
